About the role

Trueleaf Clinics & Dispensary is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to join our team in Prahran, VIC. This part-time role is an excellent opportunity for an individual passionate about healthcare and providing exceptional customer service. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the pharmacy team in day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth running of the dispensary.

What you'll be doing

Providing exceptional customer service to patients, answering inquiries and addressing their needs

Performing general administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping

Ensuring the pharmacy environment is clean, organised and compliant with health and safety regulations

Collaborating with the pharmacy team to optimise workflow and improve operational efficiency

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Pharmacy Assistant or in a similar healthcare/retail role

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and the pharmacy team

Proficient in using pharmacy software and computer systems such as Halexy is a bonus, however training will be provided

A genuine interest in healthcare and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care

Ability to work efficiently as part of a team and independently when required
