Our client is an established service provider within the disability sector and their awesome team is based in the Peel region.
This is full-time role, you will provide crucial support to their dynamic and growing organisation, while ensuring the smooth running of their day-to-day operations.
Duties:
Providing comprehensive administrative assistance to the team, including rostering, email management, filing, and document preparation
Handling incoming calls and inquiries, and directing them to the appropriate team members
Supporting the implementation of new administrative processes and initiatives
Demonstrating a proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving and task completion
Occasional weekend shifts
Experience and Qualifications:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current First Aid (CPR) Certificate
Valid driver's License, roadworthy vehicle, and comprehensive car insurance
NDIS New Worker Module
NDIS Worker NDIS Orientation Module
NDIS Mealtime Support Module
NDIS Supporting Effective Communication Module
Understanding of NDIS Plans preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience with Shift care is preferred.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and data
A collaborative and adaptable approach to working in a dynamic environment
