Our client is based in Dandenong South, and is currently looking for hard working individuals to join their workforce immediately long term ongoing Casual to Permanently, to work in their Production Assembly Lines, and Warehouse Stores Area. The role is more of a hands on position involving Mechanical Assembly (Primary job) and stores pick packing orders with forklift (Preferred - not Essential) Do you have a passion for vehicle assembly, and are you good with spanners, and power/air tools, and can operate a forklift for order picking?

We have multiple full time positions CASUAL TO PERMANENT positions available on the Day and Afternoon Shift. You can start off as Casual, or go straight Permanent (if you have the right background, and experience)

Your duties will include but not limited too:

Working on a "Flow On" Production Assembly Line

Fitting Axles & Suspensions - Assembly

Fitting Brake Shoes & Brake Discs

Heavy Vehicle Trailer Production Assembly

Using Mechanical Tools (spanners, ratchet, torque wrench etc... & Power Air Tools)

Flexibility to work in Warehouse - Stores Pick Pack Orders with Forklift (Preferred Only - NOT MANDATORY)

The successful candidate will meet the following requirements, and should have:

Strong Mechanical Aptitude

Passionate with Vehicle Assembly Work (Heavy Vehicle Industry)

Strong OHS practices & awareness

A willingness to do overtime when needed

FORKLIFT Licence (Counter Balance Experience) - Preferred - NOT MANDATORY

Available to start ASAP (can wait if you have a notice period)

Ability to work Monday to Friday, all week.

CASUAL TO PERMANENT POSITION

Hourly Pay Rate $35.30 per hourly (Day Shift) 7am - 3pm

Hourly Pay Rate $40.60 per hourly (Afternoon Shift) 3pm - 11pm
