About the role

This is a full-time Production Worker position at ECLIPS Manufacturing Pty Ltd, based in Campbellfield, Victoria. As a Production Worker (Mechanical Assembler and Machine Operator), you will play a key role in the manufacturing process, ensuring the efficient and high-quality assembly of our products.

What you'll be doing

Assembling high-quality aluminum container systems

Using hand and power tools with precision

Operate production machinery such as CNC routers, precision cutoff saws and robotic welding cells

Cutting and handling aluminum extrusions

Reading and interpreting fabrication plans (Drawings)

Material production and assembly. (Small parts)

Perform quality checks and inspections throughout the production process

Maintain a clean and organised work environment

Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures

Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements

What we're looking for

Confident and safe with hand tools

Strong attention to detail in particular measuring, cutting and checking compliance with production documentation

Ability to learn and strictly follow machinery and production operating procedures

Attention to detail and a commitment to quality

Must be physically fit enough to participate in medium level manual handling activities as well as detailed assembly tasks

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
