We’re on the hunt for a Sous Chef who brings flavor, finesse, and leadership to the pass. Helping steer a kitchen that pumps out bold, fresh, Mexican-inspired dishes night after night.

The Role – Sous Chef:
You’ll help lead service, mentor junior staff, and keep standards high — all while bringing serious energy to the kitchen.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Leading your kitchen with confidence

Maintaining high food quality, consistency, and speed

Keeping the kitchen organised, clean, and compliant

Collaborating with the team to smash out every service

We’re Looking For:

Solid experience in a similar Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie role

A cool head under pressure and strong leadership chops

Passion for food, flavour, and Mexican cuisine (bonus points 🌶️)

Someone who’s hands-on, positive, and always pushing for better

A team-first mindset — no egos, just good energy
