We are seeking an experienced and passionate Clinical Nurse Educator to support clinical development across a portfolio of residential aged care homes located in the northern suburbs of Sydney. This leadership opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives on empowering teams, improving standards of care, and building capability in a dynamic aged care environment.

About the Role
As Clinical Nurse Educator, you will design and deliver education programs that empower care teams, improve resident outcomes, and ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards. You’ll play a key role in onboarding, competency assessment, and clinical mentoring across all levels of the care workforce.
This role works closely with facility leaders and is supported by a wider resource team including allied health professionals and quality specialists.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and evaluate clinical education tailored to the needs of aged care teams
• Facilitate practical training and assess clinical competency across multiple homes
• Mentor and support care staff to strengthen clinical decision-making and resident care
• Promote a culture of professional growth, compliance, and evidence-based practice
• Assist with the implementation of new clinical procedures and quality improvement initiatives

About You

• AHPRA Registered Nurse
• Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or equivalent (desirable)
• Proven clinical leadership and adult education experience in aged care or similar
• Strong working knowledge of AN-ACC and aged care compliance frameworks
• Skilled facilitator with excellent interpersonal and coaching abilities
• Familiarity with aged care documentation and continuous improvement processes
• Compassionate and professional, with a commitment to person-centred care
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Full Australian working rights and a valid driver’s licence
