What to Expect in This Role:
As a valued member of our Customer Solutions team, you will support our families and ensure they receive the best possible experience. Your responsibilities will include:
Handling high volume inbound and outbound calls related to account queries, customer feedback, cancellations, and retention.
Building lasting partnerships with our families by understanding their needs and providing top-notch support.
Training and development provided to set you up for success from day one!
About You:
We're looking for someone who:
Has exceptional interpersonal skills and can quickly build rapport over the phone.
Can monitor, delegate, and respond to emails efficiently.
Has experience in customer service in a fast-paced environment e.g. call centre, hospitality or retail.
Can communicate confidently with parents about their child's learning progress.
Possesses strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Shows commitment and loyalty, striving for excellence in all they do.
Holds a current Working with Children Check or is willing to obtain one.
And importantly, has a true passion for helping and supporting others.

Location: As this is a remote role, we welcome you to apply if living outside of WA, however, you must be willing to commit to working in a WA times zone.
