Role Overview

We are currently recruiting Referral Partners to join and grow our team. This is a part-time role with a weekly retainer based on 15 hours of dedicated work, plus generous commission bonuses for successful referral introductions that lead to listings or leasing agreements.

As a Referral Partner, your role is to identify and connect property owners—who are considering selling or leasing—with our experienced agents. You’ll build and leverage relationships within your personal and professional networks, working closely with our in-house team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads.

This is a relationship-focused role ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills, a professional presence, and a passion for property. You’ll receive ongoing training and support to help you succeed, even if you don’t have a background in real estate.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and qualify property owners considering selling or leasing.

Make warm introductions to our sales and property management teams.

Maintain and grow your local network of contacts and prospects.

Record and report referral activity using provided tools.

Participate in regular team updates and optional training sessions.

Remuneration & Benefits
