Seeking Diploma or Cert 111 qualified Educator or working towards, who are dedicated and have a passion for working with children. Working in privately owned service.

To be successful you will need to demonstrate:

• Diploma or Cert 111 qualified or studying
• Be a confident communicator with both children and families
• You will need a genuine passion for what you do
• Work cooperatively within a team
• Be interested in career development and grow as a childcare professional

Tasks & responsibilities

• Assist in developing, planning, and implement a quality program that reflects the Early Years Learning Framework
• Interacting and building strong professional relationships with children and families
• Contributing to the services quality improvement plan and centre philosophy
• Working as a team and contributing ideas
• Contribute to the effective operation of the workplace by supports colleagues, sharing ideas and information, & working as a good team player.
• Comply with the centres policies and procedures along with licensing, legislation & regulations.
• Assisting children with their daily routines & supporting them in their learning.
