We’re on the lookout for a motivated Senior Physiotherapist / Team Leader to join our dynamic, multi-disciplinary allied health team. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead, grow, and make a real difference in the lives of children and adults across a broad range of needs.

In this role, you'll deliver high-quality physiotherapy services across a mixed caseload (pediatrics and adults), while also mentoring team members and helping shape service delivery in line with best practice. You’ll work across clinic, community, home, and school settings—and no two days will look the same.

About the Role:

• Lead by example in clinical care while mentoring and supporting junior team members.
• Deliver person-centered, evidence-based physiotherapy services to NDIS participants.
• Collaborate closely with clients, families, and a dedicated multi-disciplinary team.
• Work across various settings including clinic, school, home, and community environments.
• Participate in after-school hours work and flexible scheduling as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and treat clients with physical disabilities, developmental delays, or injuries.
• Design and implement tailored, functional treatment plans.
• Use physiotherapy equipment and techniques to enhance mobility and physical health.
• Educate caregivers and clients in home-based therapy techniques.
• Fit and recommend appropriate mobility aids and assistive devices.
• Collaborate with NDIS stakeholders to align therapy goals and funding plans.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to team case conferences.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experienced, client-focused Physiotherapist with NDIS knowledge.
• Strong leadership qualities and a passion for mentoring others.
• Comfortable working independently and across diverse settings.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Relevant qualifications in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration.
• Current WWCC, NDIS Screening Check, Police Check, and driver’s licence.
