We are looking for passionate and dedicated professionals to join our ever-growing multi-displinary team at Soaring Health. We have multiple positions available for the following roles:
Senior Physiotherapist / Team Leader– Mixed caseload of adults and pediatrics
Occupational Therapist
Behaviour Support Practitioner Team Leader (Proficient or Advanced)
Registered Psychologists
Experienced Speech Pathologist
In particular, a passionate and skilled Senior Physiotherapist / Team Leader with experience in the NDIS to join our multi-discplinary team. This role involves providing high-quality physiotherapy services to children and adults with physical disabilities, developmental delays, and injuries, supporting their mobility, strength, and overall well-being.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and allied health professionals to develop and implement individualized therapy plans, ensuring each child reaches their full potential.
📍 Location: This role requires working across the Northwest clinics
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate medical histories and assess movement and functional abilities of new patients.
Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on medical diagnoses.
Provide massage therapy to relieve soft tissue pain and mobilize muscles and joints.
Utilize physiotherapy and rehabilitation equipment to deliver effective treatments.
Design and demonstrate exercises to strengthen motor abilities and correct posture/movements.
Maintain detailed patient records, documenting all treatments and outcomes.
Adjust treatment plans as needed and prescribe new therapies where appropriate.
Conduct community-based work, traveling to see a variety of clients across all ages.
After school hours is required
Paediatric-Specific Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments for children with physical disabilities, neurological conditions, or developmental delays.
Implement play-based therapy techniques to engage children in movement activities.
Provide family-centered care, educating parents and caregivers on therapy techniques for home use.
Recommend and fit mobility aids, orthotics, and assistive devices to support independence.
Work closely with NDIS planners, Support Coordinators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure funding and treatment align with participant goals.
Advocate for inclusion and participation in schools, sports, and community program

You’ll carry out home-based, community, school, in-clinic, and some remote work. What We Are Looking For From Our Soaring Employees
Relevant post-graduate experience working with a wide range of complex-needs clients
Willingness to work flexibly and independently
A current Australian driver’s license (work car available on a booking system)
A current WWCC, NDIS Screening Check
Current Police Check
Commitment to evidence-based practice and professional development, with conference participation encouraged and supported
Ability to work independently and in group settings
Ability to maintain strong therapeutic relationships with clients and care team members
Demonstrated strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Potential participation in student training
