The Opportunity

Capecare have an exciting opportunity for a Part-Time Gardener to join our community team, who will help us support our clients living independently in their own homes by tending to their gardening and light maintenance needs. We are looking for an experienced gardener to work 2 days a week at our client's homes in the Busselton region.
You will be self-motivated and happy to work autonomously but also have the ability to work in a team environment on occasion.

About the role:

General garden maintenance in Consumers home including:

Mulching

Lawn mowing and edging

Pest and weed control

Pruning and hedging

Garden tidies and rubbish removal

Routine equipment maintenance

Routine maintenance

High pressure cleaning

Skills and experience:

Minimum 3 year's experience in a similar role

Strong work ethic, integrity and stakeholder focus

Strong customer service and satisfaction focus

Tertiary qualification within landscaping/horticulture advantageous, although not essential.

Current CPR / first aid certificate.

Police clearance
