We’re now looking for a reliable, motivated Home & Yard Maintenance Worker to join our growing maintenance team for and help us continue delivering top-quality service. The role is part-time 20-35 hrs/week.

What You’ll Do

Mow, weed, prune and maintain gardens

Perform minor home maintenance (e.g. gutter cleaning, grab rail installs, basic repairs)

High-pressure cleaning, window washing, general exterior cleaning

Identify and report safety risks or larger repair needs

Record notes, take photos, collect signatures and clock in/out using our app

Provide friendly, respectful support to clients

Maintain our vehicles and equipment

Who We’re Looking For

We shortlist based on key qualities that help us deliver quality, consistent service:

Live within a reasonable commute to Seaford, VIC

Experience in gardening and using tools (mowers, whipper snippers, etc.)

Can work well in a team – you’ll always be paired up

Physically fit and confident doing outdoor/manual work

Punctual, reliable, and keen to contribute

Open to learning and growing with our business

Current Driver’s Licence and insured vehicle

Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check
