Repute Law is growing—and we’re looking for several experienced, high-performing Inbound Sales Consultants to join our remote-first team. You’ll be qualifying and converting inbound enquiries into satisfied clients, helping Australians access the legal support they need—quickly, clearly, and with compassion.

About the Role
- Respond to inbound enquiries—no cold calling
- Conduct warm, professional consultations by phone and digital channels
- Convert leads into retained clients, clearly communicating value and next steps
- Follow our proven internal systems to deliver results
- Work closely with legal and admin teams to ensure seamless handovers

What We’re Looking For
- Demonstrated success selling legal or other professional services (e.g., finance, insurance, real estate, consulting)
- Proven ability to convert warm leads into paying clients
- Clear, confident communicator who builds trust quickly
- English fluency is essential; additional languages are a strong advantage
- Highly Detail orientated
- A driven, target-oriented mindset with excellent time management
- Comfortable working with digital systems in a remote environment
