We are looking for an experienced Admin /Sales Officer to work for a manufacturing company, based in Dandenong South.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a team environment, and will be willing to settle into a long term role.
Must:
Have prior experience with office admin in a warehouse environment, including experience entering sales orders, booking couriers, tracking orders, managing stock and handling shipping
Have an excellent phone manner and be willing to answer phones as required
Be willing to handle inbound sales calls and convert them to sales.
Be confident and accurate with data entry
Be confident using Microsoft Office suite
Be comfortable with multitasking and taking on a variety of office duties
Have an excellent attention to detail and be comfortable working to strict deadlines
Be comfortable working in and around an office and warehouse environment, and wearing steel-toe boots where required
Shift hours: Mon – Thurs 7:30am to 3:45pm
Friday – 7:30am – 1:30pm
