My client is a market leading Healthcare business who are regarded as one of the industry leaders in their relevant field. The Role

Reporting into the Head of Finance, your role will take ownership of Group's Tax function as they embark on an exciting period of growth and acquisition. Duties will include:

• Develop a robust tax strategy for the group, in line with growth objectives of the business
• Act as the lead across M&A activity (Due Diligence, Structuring and Integration
• Ownership of Tax Compliance and Governance for the group - Income Tax, FBT, GST and Payroll Tax etc
• Cross functional collaboration with key stakeholders (Legal, Corporate Finance and the broader finance team
• Continuous improvement and education of current Tax matters for the wider business

About You

• CA qualified, with a preference for CTA accreditations
• 10+ years experience
• Big 4 experience , ideally working within Corporate Tax followed by solid tenure in a large commercial business in a Senior Tax position - First Movers at a Senior Manager or Associate Director level will be considered
• Prior experience working on M&A, due diligence and post acquisition integration
• Strong business acumen and someone who can liaise with various internal and external stakeholder groups
