Role Overview
Reporting to the General Manage, the Marketing Coordinator will lead and implement Ozora’s marketing strategy across its diverse business arms: commercial electrical works, residential solar and battery solutions, maritime services, and the newly acquired industrial arm. This role is critical in driving lead generation, brand positioning, client communications, and cross-state growth—while also supporting the business development and tendering pipeline through high-quality submissions and collateral.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Planning
Manage and execute integrated marketing plans aligned with business growth targets.
Tailor messaging and positioning for commercial & industrial sectors across SA, NSW, and VIC.
Collaborate with directors and BDMs to align marketing activities with sales and expansion strategies.
2. Tender Documentation & Submissions
Create, format, and compile professional tender submissions for commercial, industrial, and government opportunities.
Design compelling capability statements and tailored responses based on project specifications.
Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date tender resource folder, including CVs, case studies, insurances, accreditations, and project summaries.
Support the identification of new opportunities via platforms like ICN Gateway and ensure timely submissions.
3. Content Creation & Management
Own all website content, SEO blogs, and landing page creation for residential and commercial services.
Manage brand storytelling through organic social media strategy and visual content production.
Coordinate brand photoshoots and video shoots across all business units.
Visit sites to capture visual content to use across digital and print
Keep pitch decks, signage, brochures, and internal collateral updated and brand-aligned.
4. CRM & Email
Build and manage lifecycle flows and one-off campaigns through MailerLite & Simpro.
Oversee segmentation and performance optimisation across residential and commercial audiences.
Lead regular database communication to drive enquiries, educate customers, and support internal team objectives.
5. Advertising & Lead Generation
Liaise with Digital Marketing Assistant to ensure campaigns align with broader strategy.
Help convert high-performing creative and messaging into tender, sales, or internal materials.
6. Internal Comms & Team Enablement
Own the Employee Platform: update documents, create how-to guides, and ensure brand consistency across internal use.
Equip Sydney and Adelaide teams with relevant BDM tools, tender support, and client presentation materials.
Liaise with sales, admin, and leadership to coordinate information for timely, professional submissions and updates.
Manage a team of two including digital marketing assistance and SEO specialist
Skills & Qualifications
3+ years’ experience in marketing, ideally in trade, construction, or renewables.
Excellent written and visual communication skills; strong copywriting and storytelling.
Proficient in Google Analytics, WordPress CMS, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO tools.
Self-directed, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines.
Experience managing a team
