Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic AI Alignment
- Develop and maintain AI roadmaps tied to business objectives

Execution & Delivery
- Lead multi-disciplinary implementation teams across business units

- Oversee pilot programs, PoCs, and phased rollouts
- Serve as the translator between technical and non-technical teams
Change Leadership & Capability Building
- Drive AI change initiatives using structured frameworks
- Mitigate resistance through education, consultation, and communication
- Design training programs to uplift AI fluency company-wide
- Create mechanisms for continuous learning and feedback
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Define KPIs that capture technical, operational, and business value
- Monitor user engagement, system performance, and time-to-value
- Quantify gains in productivity, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- Present results to senior stakeholders with clear narrative and data insight
What They BringTechnical Competence
- Core AI understanding (LLMs, NLP, generative AI, neural networks)
- Breadth across AI applications rather than deep specialisation

- Strong grasp of data management, governance, and preparation

- Domain knowledge of service-based industries

- 5+ years leading cross-functional teams (tech, ops, data, exec)

Qualifications
