THE ROLE

We are seeking Process Operators to join a dynamic processing team and support the efficient operation of fixed plant activities. In this hands-on role, you’ll assist with troubleshooting crushers, conveyors, mills, leach/adsorption tanks, and pumps while working collaboratively with the wider team at the Coolgardie Gold Operations site.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate processing equipment safely and effectively, including crushing, grinding, elution, and tailings disposal.

Monitor and adjust machinery to optimize performance.

Record operational and production data.

Conduct sampling, testing, and quality control processes.

Perform inspections, cleaning, and screen changes as required.

Support conveyor belt shutdown, startup, and adjustments.

Identify and report maintenance needs, assisting minor repairs.

Maintain high standards in housekeeping, waste disposal, and environmental conservation.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Experience in processing—gold industry experience - minimum 1-2 years.

Exposure to Citect Software.

Current Australian Manual Driver’s Licence.

High-Risk Work Licence - Forklift

Confined Space, Working at Heights, Gas Test Atmospheres
