FindStaff are seeking an Experienced Warehouse Supervisor for our client based in Taren Point for a Full Time position

Hours & Rates:
Monday - Friday
Day Shift: 7:30am - 4:00pm
$40ph

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the implementation of the MYOB system within warehouse operations.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with company policies.
• Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse activities.
• Supervise warehouse staff and ensure they're trained on MYOB system's.
• Ensure accurate inventory records are maintained in the MYOB system.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.
• Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure the accuracy of orders and deliveries.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.

About you:

• Full Working Rights
• Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years Experience in warehouse supervision or management, with experience in implementing or working with the MYOB system.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems and inventory control.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Forklift Licence - LF & LO
• Own Transport Required
