The Role

As a Senior Finance Systems Specialist, you will:

• Lead the delivery and execution of finance systems strategy and roadmaps.
• Manage finance system projects and enhancements.
• Oversee the ERP platform, including all sub-modules, and ensure optimal operating rhythms.
• Identify strategic opportunities and build business cases to support system improvements.
• Implement governance for data and reporting tools.
• Reduce complexity and bespoke customisations to maintain an evergreen platform.
• Collaborate with finance teams to understand use cases and provide effective solutions.
• Drive the simplification and rationalisation of reporting templates.
• Re-imagine ERP module dashboard capabilities.
• Participate in design and planning sessions for management reporting, forecasting, and planning.

The Candidate
