About the Role:

We are currently seeking a dedicated Account Manager for our Blue Collar Division based in Smithfield. Focusing on opportunities to develop and maintain strategic business relationships with major national accounts. This vital role will encompass both temporary and permanent placements.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be focused on:-

• Sales activity - building and maintaining relationships with prospective (and pre-existing) customers
• Foster client relationships, ensuring the company's continued support with key stakeholders
• Lead the recruitment process end-to-end, aligning client needs with the best talent
• Maintain Customer & Candidates records in our CRM.
• Actively participate in and contribute to the company's growth initiatives and team projects
• Coordinate site induction, training, toolbox talks and start ups
• Manage employee time and attendance and pay conditions

About you:

You will have, or be able to demonstrate:-

• A professional attitude with excellent communication skills and you will be very self-motivated
• A proactive approach, with a drive to succeed whilst remaining focused on process
• A strong background in recruitment - Blue Collar - Warehouse & Logistics is advantageous but not essential
• Previous experience in high volume and contract recruitment
• Proven Client management and interpersonal skills
• An aptitude for working in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• A hunger to succeed
