The Role:
The HR and Workplace Relations Advisor:
- Provides high-level industrial and employee relations advice and support for statewide Department of Health (DoH) groups. This includes advising workplace relations matters, interpretation of Awards/Agreements and assisting in the case management of ED5 and ED6 matters including documentation and investigation.
- Will contribute to general HR projects, initiatives and activities including undertake research, assisting with advocacy and preparing detailed reports.
You will need
- High level knowledge and understanding of contemporary human resource management issues, employment legislation and industrial awards/agreements as they apply within the Agency.
- Demonstrated skills and experience in providing a high-level IR and ER consultancy service in relation to complex issues.

Details of appointment:
Permanent full time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible.
*notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies.
Salary: $98,255 to $103,069 per annum. Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
- Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022.
