Your new role:

Our client, within Professional Services is seeking a People & Culture Advisor to play a key part in shaping their overall employee lifecycle experience. This is a hands on, HR Generalist role where you’ll drive impactful people initiatives, provide expert advice, and help foster a culture where everyone can do their best work.

Main point of contact for HR queries and department support

Support leaders through the performance and development lifecycle

Act as a trusted Advisor on all things people, from ER matters to best practice frameworks

Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding including graduate intake programs and hard to fill roles

Design and deliver learning programs that build capability and support career progression

Coordinate coaching and training sessions

Lead the rollout of new HR technology and systems

Assist with drafting new and existing policies and procedures

Championing culture initiatives around wellbeing, recognition and employee connection

About you:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field

4-5 years of HR Generalist experience ideally in a similar industry

Proven experience with onboarding, retention activities, performance management, and learning initiatives

Successfully lead end to end recruitment campaigns

A sound understanding of employment legislation and award interpretation

Proven ability to partner with senior leaders to enhance employee engagement and drive measurable business results

A self-starter attitude—you’re organised, adaptable, and happy to take the reins

Commercial awareness—you understand how people strategy aligns with business success!
