About the role

Keirden Dry Cleaners is seeking a personable and enthusiastic Retail Customer Service Superstar to join our team on a part-time basis at our brand new Keperra location. In this role, you will be the face of our business, providing exceptional customer service and support to help our valued customers with all their dry cleaning, clothing alterations and repair needs. This role could absolutely suit a recent school leaver wanting to start building their face to face service career.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and assisting customers with a warm and friendly demeanour

Processing customer orders and payments accurately and efficiently

Maintaining a clean and organised retail space

Restocking and organising inventory as needed

Providing timely and helpful responses to customer inquiries

Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or retail role, preferably in the dry cleaning, alterations or laundry industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure

Flexibility to work a range of part-time shifts, including evenings and weekends

A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
