Are you a Registered Nurse with a passion for educating and empowering others? We’re seeking a Clinical Educator to join a well-established, values-driven aged care organisation supporting people living with dementia. This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact through training, mentoring, and clinical guidance.

About the Role:

In this rewarding role, you’ll play a key part in supporting the ongoing development of aged care staff through education and training. Based primarily at the organisation’s head office on Brisbane’s southside, you’ll also enjoy the flexibility to work from home part of the week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging education and training to aged care professionals
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify learning needs and implement development plans
• Assist in the design and rollout of training programs aligned with clinical best practice
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation

About You:

• Registered Nurse (AHPRA) – essential
• Experience in education, training or mentoring is highly regarded (but not essential!)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Passion for improving care outcomes in the aged care sector
