Salary Packaging Benefits – Package up to $15,900 of your pay per annum with an option to package an additional $2,600 for meals and entertainment, you’re able to increase your take home pay by lowering your taxable income.

Key responsibilities include:
Effectively identify, plan, manage and monitor NoosaCare learning and development activities.
Develop and implement plans (liaising with the Management team) to address staff education requirements ensuring all staff have appropriate knowledge and skills to perform their roles effectively.
Analyse staff's unique skills via performance appraisals and feedback data.
Deliver toolbox talks across a range of subjects and lead the clinical component of new staff orientation.
Manage and follow up on non-compliance related to learning requirements, attendance and poor performance as required.
Facilitate on-site placements for students currently studying nursing degrees or other aged care related qualifications.
About You
NoosaCare is looking for candidates that have an interest in aged care and making a difference in people's lives. Essential requirements are: .
A valid nursing qualification from a registered tertiary institution.
Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Current criminal record check or the ability to obtain prior to starting.
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent.
1-2 years experience in an education centered role.
Ongoing and unrestricted right to work in Australia.
