ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking experienced Community Services workers to join CASPA as an After Hours Shift Supervisor. The successful applicant will be highly competent in responding to and supporting staff and carer's during critical incidents in Out Of Home Care.
- This part-time position offers 40 hours per fortnight
- This role requires extensive availability across nights and weekends to ensure optimal outcomes for children, young people, and their families during times of crisis.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide assistance and support to Carers and Therapeutic Care Workers through incidents
- Liaise with all staff and stakeholders in a professional manner
- Administration, report writing and compliance responsibilities
- Contribute to a positive team culture
- WHS responsibilities
