Macadamia Factory Staff - Available for Immediate Start

Marquis Macadamias is a 100% Australian Grower owned company. Established in 1983, the company has grown to be the world's largest processor of macadamias with factories located at Lismore, NSW and Bundaberg, QLD.

We are looking for enthusiastic people to join our team in our processing facility located at our Lismore processing plant (2 Cowlong Road, Lindendale).

We have multiple roles available for the 2025 season, for immediate start. Areas include;

Laboratory Testers

Product Sorting

Forklift Operation

Machine Operation

Value Adding Operation

Production Packing

Cleaning

Various Other Factory Roles

Marquis Macadamias operates 3 shifts over 24 hours per day, 5 days per week (Mon to Fri). Shift Times;

AM Shift hours - 6am to 2pm

PM Shift hours - 2pm to 10pm

Night Shift hours - 10pm to 6am

We place a high importance on employee and product safety and provide full induction, training and equipment to ensure you are able to operate safely and effectively.

While previous factory or manufacturing experience is highly regarded, it is not essential. What is essential is reliability, honesty and the ability to work positively as part of a team. You will also need to follow WH&S and food safety guidelines to ensure the safety of you, your colleagues and our customers.
