About the role

We are seeking a Photocopier Technician for photocopiers and multi-function devices to join us at FTG in North Sydney, New South Wales. This is a full-time role repairing and maintaining a range of photocopier and office equipment.

What you'll be doing

Diagnose and repair issues with photocopiers, multifunction devices, printers and other office equipment

Provide professional and efficient on-site maintenance and repair services to customers

Undertake preventative maintenance checks and service schedules

Liaise with customers to understand their needs and provide recommendations

Maintain detailed service records and ensure timely completion of jobs

Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver exceptional customer service

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience as a photocopier technician

Industry experience with Kyocera and other machines is highly desirable

Strong technical skills and ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of office equipment

Hands-on experience with maintenance, servicing and troubleshooting

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly

A team-oriented approach and willingness to contribute to the overall success of the business

A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle to travel to customer sites

In addition to your salary, you'll be provided with a company vehicle and laptop. Note that at times heavy lifting is involved with this position.

Hours of work are Monday-Friday 8.30am – 5:00pm
