About the role

This is a full-time Property Officer role based in our Crows Nest, NSW office. As a Property Officer at Nova Realty Group, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential rental properties, ensuring both tenants and landlords receive an exceptional level of service.

What you'll be doing

Manage the end-to-end leasing process, including advertising properties, conducting inspections, and finalising lease agreements

Maintain positive relationships with both tenants and landlords, promptly addressing any issues that may arise

Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate any necessary maintenance or repairs

Effectively manage rent collection, bond claims, and other financial aspects of property management

Provide timely and accurate reporting to landlords on the status of their properties

Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and industry best practices

What we're looking for

Proven experience in residential property management, preferably within the real estate industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both tenants and landlords

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Familiarity with relevant legislation and property management software

A customer-centric approach and a genuine desire to provide an exceptional level of service
