About the Role:

Reporting to the Credit Manager, this role is critical to the risk assessment and approval process for corporate and commercial lending. You will work across complex deals, vendor and dealer programs, and play an active role in credit committees at both local and global levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed financial analysis and modelling of commercial and corporate clients across diverse sectors.
• Assess creditworthiness and make informed recommendations on credit submissions within delegated authority limits.
• Present complex applications to senior decision-makers, including local and international credit committees.
• Contribute to credit policy development and ensure adherence to regulatory and internal frameworks.
• Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, including legal, sales, asset management and operations.
• Provide guidance and training on credit risk practices to internal teams.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of commercial or corporate credit experience, ideally in asset or equipment finance.
• Experience working in credit on deals valued above $5 million.
• Sound knowledge of vendor and dealer-based finance models.
• Strong understanding of documentation, securities, and legal structures - particularly PPSR.
• Advanced financial analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex financial statements and structures.
• Exceptional written communication skills - particularly the ability to prepare high-quality credit submissions.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative environments with shifting priorities.
