Golden Rock Projects is a well-established Private Credit business based in Sydney, specialising in Private Debt Financing. Since its inception in 2018, Golden Rock has partnered with reputable organisations across various industries to assist with their funding needs. As the company continues to expand, it is looking to hire a credit analyst to join its dynamic team.

The Role

Working for Golden Rock Projects you will be an integral part of the Credit Assessment team. Reporting to the Operations Manager and will be responsible for the assessment of debt and equity property deals from our referral partners.

Role Responsibilities

Assess incoming lending or equity deals.

Preparing and assisting with doing Due Diligence and creating term sheets for borrowers and investors.

Presenting Credit Assessments to the Credit Committee and Investors.

Liaising with external stakeholders such as Administrators, Custodians, Banks, Investment Managers and other partners.

Monitoring the existing list of lending deals.

Ensuring SLA deliverables for the credit team and any ad-hoc queries.

Perform any other duties or functions as required or assigned

Role Requirements

Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

2-5 years in a similar credit analyst role, knowledge of credit risk and credit management as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, mediation, conflict management, and customer retention skills.

Ability to develop a high-functioning team and work effectively with diverse personalities.

Strong attention to detail, effective time management, initiative, flexibility, adaptability, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
