Choice Hotels is looking for an experienced Revenue Manager with a sharp analytical mind and strategic instincts to specialise in the Extended Stay business segments for a portfolio of properties across Australia.

Focusing on the extended stay market segment, you will be optimizing the revenue performance of your portfolio of hotels. In this role, you will be implementing data-driven strategies to maximise revenue, increase occupancy and enhance overall profitability.

You’ll collaborate with franchisees, sales, and corporate stakeholders to develop pricing strategies, monitor market trends, provide accurate forecasts and execute data-driven decisions that keep Choice ahead of the curve.

This position requires an in-depth understanding of extended stay customer behaviours, coupled with strong analytical and pricing skills.

The successful applicant will have Hotel Revenue Management experience in overseeing multiple properties with a proven ability to work independently to drive results. They will be required to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely execution of revenue strategies

Based in Melbourne, this role will also be required to support market analysis and provide performance projections for potential accommodation/franchise opportunities.
