📍 Belconnen, ACT (Hybrid - Full Time/Part Time)

💰 $85,000 – $95,000 per annum (exclusive of 12% superannuation)

With over five years of experience across NDIS, Medicare, and private therapy, we’ve built a small, bespoke team of Psychologists, Behaviour Support Practitioners, and an independent Occupational Therapist. We work together to deliver thoughtful and considered support tailored to each client.

We foster a collaborative, practical, and flexible environment, ensuring our team is supported with structured and realistic caseload expectations that prioritise both client outcomes and practitioner well-being.

What you’ll be doing

Supporting clients: Conduct functional behavioural assessments, develop Behaviour Support Plans and provide implementation in line with NDIS Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) standards.

Work as a team: Collaborate with clients, their families, and support networks to create effective strategies.

Stay compliant & ethical: Apply best practices under the ACT Senior Practitioner Act 2018 to ensure interventions uphold client dignity and rights.

Keep learning & growing: Review and adjust Behaviour Support Plans as clients’ needs evolve, supported by a team of Psychologists, BSPs, and OTs.

Who we're looking for

Behaviour Support Practitioner (must be/able to be determined suitable by the NDIS through self-assessment and registration, with some experience preferred but not required to be extensive)

Qualifications in Community Services, Psychology, Counselling, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Board-Certified Behaviour Analysts (ВСВА), Teaching, Social Work, Social Sciences, Criminology, Childhood Education & Care, Health Science, Allied Health or any other related field

Understanding of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and restrictive practices

Working with Vulnerable People Card + NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain)

Valid Driver's License

Full working rights in Australia
