The Opportunity

Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead the technical delivery of key projects. In this role, you will:

• Lead the development of process schemes, layouts, and plant specifications for pricing, tendering, and construction
• Provide high-level technical input across all stages of project delivery
• Manage the planning and execution of design documentation to meet deadlines and budgets
• Troubleshoot and develop practical solutions to project challenges
• Work closely with internal teams across engineering and design disciplines

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years proven experience in process engineering, ideally across full project lifecycles
• Strong background in industries such as dairy, oil & gas, food, or waste-to-energy
• Technical expertise in steam, water, wastewater, refrigeration, and/or gases – experience with heat pumps is a bonus
• A consultative, client-focused mindset with strong communication skills
• A collaborative, team-oriented approach
