About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Solar Sales Professional to join our high-performing team in Adelaide, QLD. This contract role offers an unmatched opportunity to earn $200k+ in on-target earnings—with unlimited commission potential.

You’ll be the face of Smart Solar in your region, helping customers make smarter energy choices while contributing to Australia’s renewable future.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-person consultations to assess customer energy needs

Present tailored solar proposals with clear financial and environmental benefits

Close deals and ensure a smooth transition to installation and delivery teams

Build strong, long-term client relationships with a focus on service and satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years’ experience in solar or renewable energy sales

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Outstanding communication and consultative selling skills

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and confident working autonomously

Passion for renewable energy and helping Australians save on power
