We are seeking

Sales Person

Being a member of the sales department and reporting to the Vice President Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with customers, and ensuring they receive the best possible service. You will work closely with internal departments to deliver high-quality meat products tailored to our customer’s needs.

Responsibilities

The Role:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to grow sales.

Provide expert advice to customers on product selection, pricing, and availability

Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities and manage ongoing relationships.

Maintain a high level of product and brand knowledge.

Monitor inventory and order products proactively to maintain optimal stock levels

Handle phone and email inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

Qualifications

The Person:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take on challenges.

Strong meat industry background in sales is advantageous but not necessary.

Self-motivated and able to work both independently and in an active team environment

Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office packages, in particular Excel and Outlook.
