Kaizen Remedial Massage is seeking a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist to join our growing team at our luxury 5-star Hotel Indigo location in Potts Point.

✨ Not a spa role – this is a clinical remedial massage position, ideal for therapists passionate about delivering tailored, results-focused treatments.

Starting in Bondi Junction and now growing to Potts Point, we support Sydney’s active Eastern suburbs community through professional, client-centred care grounded in the philosophy of Kaizen – continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

Diploma of Remedial Massage (or nearing completion) – essential

Passion for remedial therapy and client care

Professionalism, strong communication, and a growth mindset

Your Role:

Provide tailored remedial massage treatments

Assess, plan, and track client progress

Maintain a professional, safe, and high-quality treatment environment

Embody a commitment to continuous growth and excellence
