An exceptional role has emerged for a detail-oriented Credit Controller to join their forward-thinking finance department. Working under the guidance of Finance Manager, you'll be responsible for managing key functions including:

Facilitate monthly meetings to analyse comprehensive Debtor reports, document action items, and ensure follow-through

Implement multi-channel client communication strategies for overdue accounts, utilising phone calls, emails, and formal written correspondence

Document and maintain detailed records of all client interactions and payment arrangements f

Accurately process and update financial records in a timely manner while efficiently utilising scheduling systems

Deliver consistent debt status updates and collection progress reports to the Finance Manager

Manage a large portfolio of client accounts comprising up to 1,000 active invoices

To be considered for this role you will possess a minimum of 3-4 years of collections or billing experience within a premium corporate or professional environment. You'll demonstrate excellent communication abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and thrive in our collaborative, results-oriented team atmosphere.
