Customer Service Representative
Snap Print Solutions, Surry Hills is looking for an enthusiastic team member to join their busy centre. As the first point of contact, you will need to have the confidence to problem solve and ask questions whilst ensuring our customers experience is always positive and rewarding. Previous printing and quoting experience will be ideal but we are open to train the right candidate with a willingness to learn and a commitment to succeed. This is a full-time role but will consider experienced candidates for a part time position as well.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Answer phone queries, interact with walk in customers.
Prepare quotes, respond to emails, follow up on pending quotes, etc.
Assist in print finishing, pre-flight artwork checks, imposition, helping with basic artwork tasks as directed.
Ensure excellent level of customer service by prompt attention and quality service. Make sure that customers are kept fully informed of any changes or problems with jobs.
Raise invoices for jobs as completed and ensure that jobs are wrapped, packed and delivered within scheduled time frame.
The ideal candidate will have:
Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to liaise with customers and take primary responsibility for ensuring that customer needs are met.
High level of computer skills.
Good organisational skills, have the ability to meet deadlines and enjoy
working with a small, committed team.
High attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
A positive “can do” attitude!
It would be an advantage to have:
Previous experience in a printing environment.
Previous experience using Adobe CS, Acrobat, Quiet Imposing.
