The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Concretor / Formworker Tradesman with a minimum of 3 years experience to start off our concreting side of the business.

I'm looking for someone who can take the lead on projects and we will slowly build out our concreting team.

You will responsible for taking the lead on all our concreting projects in the time format required and bringing you team together to complete the task in the required time frame.

In this role you will provide skilled manual labour in the construction and maintenance of outdoor concrete structures, including but not limited to pool surrounds, structural bond beams, concrete slabs, driveways and retaining walls.

You will demonstrate skills in the following:

Being a team leader

Organisation of a job site

Setting out jobs to be completed

Working out levels/ drains

Operate a demolition saw

Interpreting plans and drawings

Performing hand excavation

Ordering materials

Formwork

Concrete finishing

Communicating with clients in a polite and friendly manner

Meeting Daily KPI's and targets

Using our CRM to manage jobs

Qualifications

Current NSW Drivers Licence

Construction Industry White Card (CIC)

Relevant trade qualification or minimum 3 years experience

Demonstrated knowledge of Industry Standards and Safe Work Practices

First Aid Qualification

Additional qualifications such as Excavator licence or Forklift licence will be viewed favourably
