About the role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Mario's Italian Restaurant in Broadbeach, QLD. As a fulltime member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our busy restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient workflow.

What you'll be doing

Supervision , training and coordination of all food and beverage employees

Assist with all reservations in planning and organizing , greeting and seating guests

Coordinating and monitoring staff schedules, breaks, and performance

Ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene standards

Resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and diligent manner

Assisting with the implementation of new policies and procedures to improve efficiency

Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service delivery

Providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Supervisor

Those requiring sponsorship need not apply

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and other restaurant management software

Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced environment

Passion for providing outstanding customer service

Commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
