The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a strong understanding of restaurant operations. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of daily operations, maintaining high standards of customer service, and leading a team of dedicated staff members.
Responsibilities:
• -Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety standards.
• -Provide leadership and guidance to restaurant staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
• -Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed, ensuring adequate stock levels while minimizing waste.
• -Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner, striving to exceed customer expectations.
• -Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as food safety regulations.
• -Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
• -Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, communication, and employee morale.
Qualifications:
• 4 years experience in a supervisory or management role within the restaurant industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, staff, and management.
• Strong leadership abilities, with a proven track record of motivating and managing teams to achieve goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, sanitation standards, and inventory management.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and solve problems under pressure.
• Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Salary: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
