About the role

Nicks Restaurant & Bar Group is seeking experienced Restaurant Supervisors to join our dynamic team. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our restaurants across Sydney's CBD. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to take your hospitality career to the next level.

What you'll be doing

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff management, customer service, and overall service delivery
• Ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service
• Effectively manage shifts, schedules, and staffing to meet business needs
• Lead and motivate your team, providing coaching and training as required
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
• Monitor and report on restaurant performance, identifying areas for improvement
• Assist with inventory management and cost control
• Contribute to the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory or management role within a restaurant or similar hospitality setting
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
• Proficient in inventory management and cost control
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays

• Competitive salary working off 40 or 45 hour weeks @ $71,500-$80,000 + Super
