Our client, a global leader in financial and healthcare technology solutions, is seeking a Senior Manager – Regulatory Compliance to oversee regulatory change and reporting functions within their first line of defence. This is a pivotal role ensuring compliance with APRA, ASIC, AUSTRAC, FATCA, and CRS standards in Australia's largest unit registry service provider.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead regulatory change initiatives and implement new compliance standards.
• Oversee APRA, AUSTRAC, FATCA, and CRS regulatory reporting processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting while maintaining audit readiness.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Ops teams to ensure alignment.
• Enhance data governance, quality controls, and reporting automation.

About You:

• 7+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, reporting, or risk within financial services and most ideally- managed funds
• Strong knowledge of APRA, ASIC, AUSTRAC, FATCA, and CRS requirements.
• Skilled in data management, risk frameworks, and regulatory reporting tools.
• Proven experience engaging with auditors, regulators, and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
