We are seeking an experienced Bar Staff, Glassy’s and Duty Managers who are passionate about Great Beer, Great Cocktails, Great Service and loves a Great Local Pub.

We are a new Sports Bar/Family Pub located in Byford (south of the river) near the upcoming train station. We operate a full service bar with 22 Beers on tap, Cocktails and Wines. Our mission is to have the best customer service in town!

What Does the Role Entail…

Building relationships with our regular, local and corporate clientele.

Serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner

Cocktail preparation and serving.

Ensuring the bar area is well-stocked, clean and organised at all times

Providing friendly and attentive customer service, addressing customer queries and ensuring a positive experience both at the bar and within the restaurant.

Adhering to all relevant liquor licensing laws and regulations

Assisting with general bar duties such as stock-taking and cash handling

Maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment

Minimum 12 months' experience in a similar bar or hospitality role

Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and cocktail-making

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure

Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification

Flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.

A positive, friendly and enthusiastic attitude
