About the role

Cerin Pasticceria' is seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to join our team in our bakery located in Woolloongabba, Queensland. This is a full-time/part-time position, and you will be responsible for creating and delivering high-quality pastries, cakes, and other baked goods to our customers.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and baking a variety of pastries, cakes, and other baked goods according to established recipes and customer specifications

Decorating and finishing baked items to an exceptional standard

Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met

Collaborating with the team to develop new and innovative product ideas

Assisting with inventory management and ordering of necessary supplies

Providing excellent customer service and responding to customer inquiries

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role

baking and decorating skills, with a keen eye for detail

Strong time management and multitasking abilities

A passion for creating high-quality baked goods and a commitment to using fresh, local ingredients

Ability to work well in a team
