What the role involves:

• Hands-on production and finishing of viennoiserie
• Working closely with our pastry team to maintain product consistency and quality
• Following and upholding Lune’s high standards for food safety and presentation
• Contributing to a culture of respect, collaboration and continuous improvement

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a pastry production environment or in a similar role
• A strong work ethic and passion for pastry
• Someone who aligns with Lune’s values and purpose
• Full working rights in Australia and ready to commit to a full-time role
• A preference for previous experience in viennoiserie or a pastry-orientated kitchen
