Key Responsibilities:

· Empowering Leadership: Guide and support a dedicated team of educators through mentorship, professional development, and training, while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

· Educational Excellence: Work with our Curriculum Manager and Educational Leader to contribute to the delivery of a rich, child-centred curriculum that aligns with the EYLF and is inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach, ensuring it is tailored to meet the unique needs and interests of every child.

· Family and Community Partnership: Build strong connections with families and the community, creating a supportive network for each child's educational journey.

· Operational Excellence: Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the center, maintaining compliance with regulations and exceeding standards.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor or Diploma in Early Childhood Education.

· Proven leadership experience in an early childhood education setting.

· In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
